If you ever take a good look at women who possess great charm, you will notice that they exult a certain aura that gets head turn towards them. Yet sometimes you realise that they may not even be a fraction as gorgeous as Katherine Zeta Jones or any ladies you define as beautiful. What’s the reason for this unspeakable aura of x factor? A consistently healthy self esteem!
So having said that, what creates a consistently healthy self esteem? Why is it that you sometimes feel great for a short span of time and then suddenly like a deflated balloon, started feeling insecure? The secret is Self Affirmation. Let’s see how this works!
Basically, if you consistently remind yourself of your strengths everyday and try to down size your weaknesses, you will eventually start to perform better in everything you do, and with this new found confidence to face life, you too will start to ooze out that aura of self-assureness and charm. But how is this possible? You look in the mirror and start to feel ugly, not even a fraction of the celebrities you see on TV. Gals! Here’s the crux of that problem. You are doing comparison! We are all born different and possess a uniqueness that is similar to no one else. So stop that comparison. The TV is an inaccurate measure of real life anyway. The trick is to find your own “zone”. If you find that “zone”, you have found your real identity. What is this “zone”? It is the peak of who you should be and the best you can really look and feel. One way to always feel good is to follow this routine everyday:
- Every night without fail, before you sleep, re affirm yourself 100 times “I’m confident & attractive.” Night time affirmations are most effective because the time before you sleep, your subconscious mind will absorb the message more easily.
- Every morning when you wake up, re affirm 20 times “I’m confident & attractive”. This serves as a reminder mantra to stimulate what you chanted to yourself every night.
- Do this consistently and you will start to feel different in 14 days. Yes, just 14 days! Do not feel complacent. Continue your rountine every night until you become a changed person. Your surrounding friends and even spouse WILL feel the difference.
Why is this method so powerful and effective? Because by repeating this everyday and nite, you are telling your subconscious mind that you mean business, and they will remove your “old negative software” in your mind and replace with this new “version” that will make you a better person.
